Company Overview:

Maxim Medical Services is based outside of Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the city of Churubusco. We specialize in the sales, installation & service of surgical lights, equipment delivery systems (booms), and surgical audio/video integration. We have been providing the surgical healthcare industry with customized packages and solutions for installation and service of both new and pre-owned products for over 25 years. Maxim Medical Services works with hospitals, biomedical and facilities departments, in commercial and federal settings, to provide long term service contracts on hospital owned surgical lights, booms, video displays, and audio/video routing systems. We have direct contracts with OEM’s, DHA & VHA, and IDN & GPO accounts.

Core Competencies:

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) trained and certified to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair medical devices, on-site & off-site
With some OEM’s, we conduct their training for them, either at our HQ, or another designated location
Warehousing, Organization & Testing, Scheduling Delivery, Installation, Training, Go-Live & Case Support
Dedicated Team – Working with project managers, trades, general contractors, hospital staff, etc.
Attention to Detail – Ensuring the job is done right the first time and on time
All the appropriate certifications to successfully manage & execute our contract obligations

Equipment Booms & Surgical Light Suspensions:

OEM certified installations of new or used equipment
Proficiency in Equipment Booms, Anesthesia Booms, Perfusion Booms, etc
Working knowledge with gas lines, data, AV cables, and electrical cables within boom
Proficiency in OR and Exam Lights, Monitor Carriers, VPAs, etc
Spring Arm / Monitor Carrier / Light-Head Upgrades
In-Light Camera Repair or Replacement

Audio / Visual Integration:

Cable Management – Pulling, dressing, and terminating all cables to industry standard
Video Switching / Router Rack Building
Speakers and Audio Distribution Installation
Wall Monitors & Suspension Monitors Installation
OEM certified to properly open and re-install equipment boom parts

Parts & Service:

Dedicated personnel for vendor staffing in specialized roles and duties
In an effort to extend the life of our customers equipment, we offer a wide variety of Service Agreement’s from Full Service, Parts & Labor, to Preventative Maintenance
Replacement Parts with a 90-day Warranty – Our 57,000 sq ft warehouse stores the largest selection of booms, lights, and replacement parts in the world
Infectious Control Barrier Installations of Medical Facilities
Structural Modifications in accordance with appropriate codes
Medical Gas Services – inspection, connection, certification
Low Voltage, 120-220V, Network, Line Isolation Monitor – inspection, connection, certification.
Equipment Decommissioning – Removal, and in many instances, we keep retired medical equipment out of landfills while saving money on the deinstallation of equipment

On Construction sites our Team members bring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications where needed
