The KRAMER FC-19 is an industrial level RGB Decoder, which converts both composite video and s-Video to their RGB components. An HD15 VGA type connector is provided on the back panel of the machine, with signal pinout conforming to the standard VGA connector. No scan conversion is performed in the machine, therefore this connector can only be used with monitors capable of running at 15 kHz horizontal scan rates. The output signals are available simultaneously on the BNC connectors and on the HD15 connector and may be used independently.
